Furniture options and promotions are fluid and consistently changing. With this in mind, we have made a conscience decision to process every order via telephone or in person. While this may not be the most efficient business model, our experience has shown that it benefits our clients most when they are provided with latest information.
What about shipping?
All prices include shipment in the 48 states. We use a combination of Fed-ex, UPS and other shipping companies depending on the size of the products. Shipping includes delivery to your residence. Ask about our premium delivery service for in-home setup.
Damaged item during shipping?
Our shipping cartons are specially designed to minimize any damage that can be caused by the rigors of cross country shipping but it is important to inspect your items thoroughly upon receipt. If you find damage, contact us immediately so that we can begin the process of resolution.
All of our products have a "no hassle" guarantee. That means any product purchased from us has the full support of each factory which manufactures our products. If you have a warranty issue, we would be happy to help.
While we can't guarantee that every item can ship internationally, there are many cases in which it is definitely possible. Please contact us for more information.
Do you have swatches?

How about Privacy? Do you share my information?
Absolutely not. Your information is only used by us to fulfill your orders and provide our services to you. No information is ever shared or sold to other companies. Ever.
How soon will my credit card be billed?
Your card will not be billed until we confirm pricing and availability for the requested services.
What is the return policy?
You may return product for a refund (less shipping charges) within 14 days for any reason. Original packing cartons are required. A restocking fee of 25% of merchandise price will be assessed with Seller-approved returns, exchanges, & cancellations.
Non-stock, custom orders may only be returned due to defect in manufacturing.
Some of our products require special order. Due to the nature of these products we are unable to accept returns or cancellations for these brands of furniture once the order has been placed and processed. It is important to double check your sizing and the colors needed before ordering these brands of furniture.
